EXCHANGES & REFUNDS 

If you change your mind about your individual order before we have begun the creation process, a refund may be issued, minus an administrative service fee of 10% of your total order.

If your dress arrives, but there is something that you are not satisfied with, please let us know up to three days after delivery, we are always happy to assist. After all, our passion is to make each one of our brides feel perfect.

If there is a problem with your dress, we will be glad to return your purchase for fixing/remaking.

Please note: A restocking fee of 20%, will be assessed on all purchases returned for a refund. Rush order fees are non-refundable.

The returned dress must be completely brand new, unworn and in perfect condition. It should be sent back to our studio up to 7 days after the delivery date, in the original packaging+ return tracking number.

 

Unfortunately, we will not accept refunds in the following situations:

  • On shipping costs.
  • If the dress is damaged due to wrong ironing/washing
  • If you contact us longer than 3 days after delivery.
  • If you do not return your dress upon the agreement of return.
  • If you have made alterations

All the terms above apply.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Each exceptional piece is shipped in a beautiful delicate package. To maintain the highest standards, please allow 4-6 weeks for your bespoke dress to be handmade (not including shipping times.)

Rush Delivery- If you are getting married soon and need your dress ASAP/ or for any other reason, please contact us here or email us. We will try our best to make it work. If it is possible, there will be a RUSH fee of $100.

Shipments are sent via DHL Express. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We encourage international shoppers to be aware of their country’s fees before purchasing.

SIZING & ALTERATIONS

The bespoke KALAKALA collection is designed using standard US sizes, (XXS-L) ensuring not only a hassle-free process, but also guaranteeing affordable prices. All dresses are 155 cm – 61 inches from shoulder length to the floor. Each piece is sewn from the highest quality materials; we use only exclusive laces, embroidery and beading, offering the ultimate comfort and promising that you feel the happiest on your special day.

 

Taking Measurements

Bust– Measure across the fullest part of your bust (not under), it is also recommended to take measurements with a lightly padded bra.

Waist– Find your narrowest part and measure that area.

Can’t find your size? No problem! If you are not sure what size to choose/ how to measure yourself, feel free to contact us we will be more than happy to assist you for the dress of your dreams. If your measurements do not match those in the guide, we advise to always choose the larger size.

All our dresses are Ready to Wear- which means that alterations are NOT included in the price. Each garment is handmade with the utmost love and care; therefore, measurements can vary by 2cm, and alterations might be needed to ensure the best fit.

Please budget accordingly. We suggest booking an appointment with a reliable tailor, before your dress arrives, in case any small alterations are needed such as: matching the length to your shoes, sewing padded cups perfectly to your bust or shortening and changing straps.

As our wedding dresses are made using only the highest quality materials and fabrics, we highly recommend to hand-wash only. If there are wrinkles on the gown please DO NOT use a normal iron, we suggest a Teflon steamer.
